Position Summary

As our Office and People Operations Specialist, you will be the backbone of our workplace, ensuring a welcoming, efficient environment where our team can thrive. Responsibilities

Office Management

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring the office is well-maintained, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers (e.g., supplies, office maintenance, and equipment).
  • Coordinate office and business travel-related expenses, budget tracking, and invoices with the finance department.
  • Proactively plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all office-related inquiries and handle reception duties for visiting guests.
  • Ensure a comfortable and productive work environment for employees.

HR Support

  • Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and maintaining recruitment records.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including organizing workspace setup, welcome kits, and orientation scheduling.
  • Collaborate with department leads on administrative tasks, such as tracking employee leave, updating employee files, and handling confidential HR information.
  • Assist in implementing HR programs, such as performance reviews, employee engagement initiatives, and training sessions.
  • Be a culture ambassador, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere and supporting company values.

Operations Support

  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed, including scheduling, document management, and assisting with special projects.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and other company policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Office Management, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in office management, event organization, or HR is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in the Czech language and English language is required.
